With over eight years of experience across India, Canada, and the UAE, he advises and represents clients in commercial, corporate, and family disputes, as well as contractual, real estate, and shareholder matters — with meticulous attention to drafting and risk allocation, so that legal positions remain robust when tested in negotiation, litigation, or enforcement.

Prateeti Thakar

A lawyer with over a decade of experience in banking and finance, commercial disputes, real estate, and general corporate advisory. A strong litigation background followed by years as a senior legal professional at a leading private sector bank gives her in-house expertise alongside enforcement insight — advising banks, NBFCs, foreign portfolio investors, alternative investment funds, high net-worth individuals, and corporates across the full lifecycle of financial and commercial matters.

Played a central role in a multi-jurisdictional debt recovery action for a leading bank against a foreign borrower and its Indian guarantors, with parallel proceedings before the High Court of Justice in England and Wales and insolvency proceedings before the NCLT.
