He has handled multi-party township disputes over shared infrastructure and common areas. He also resolved encroachment by several hundred unauthorised structures on private land through the Slum Rehabilitation Authority framework.
His disputes practice extends across international and domestic commercial matters. Alongside UAE counsel, he contributes to pleadings and strategy in proceedings before the DIFC Courts and DIAC. Before the Bombay High Court, he acts in complex commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholder proceedings involving oppression, mismanagement and directors' disqualification under the Companies Act, 2013. His emphasis is on pleadings and documentation that hold when tested in negotiation, arbitration or enforcement.
Archit's wider practice includes public law work before the Bombay High Court. He also advises on corporate governance structures and shareholder agreements, as well as compliance frameworks and directors' responsibilities, with a view to preventing shareholder disputes before they arise.
