Prateeti Thakar is a Founding Partner of C&T Advocates, Mumbai, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. With over a decade of experience, strong roots in disputes and expertise in banking and finance, she works across domestic and international matters, alongside firms in the United Kingdom, the UAE and Europe. In commercial and banking disputes, she advises and acts as counsel in domestic matters, and works alongside foreign counsel on case strategy and advice in cross-border matters. After beginning as a litigator before the Bombay High Court, she spent five years in the legal team of ICICI Bank, rising to its Associate Leadership Team, where negotiation and settlement sat at the centre of her stressed-assets and insolvency work. Advising the bank's business groups, she dealt with borrowers, guarantors, asset purchasers and incoming management, and she now brings that lender's perspective to cross-border recovery strategy and the protection of secured creditors' rights against competing claims. She also drafts facility and security documentation, including cross-border transactions on common law documentation.

Archit Chaturvedi is a Founding Partner of C&T Advocates, Mumbai, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. A commercial lawyer with over eight years of experience across India, Canada and the UAE, he works in active collaboration with law firms in Dubai, advising on matters before the DIFC Courts and DIAC. Real estate sits at the core of his practice, spanning advisory, documentation and disputes in both Mumbai and Dubai, including redevelopment and township matters. Before the Bombay High Court he acts in complex commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholder proceedings under the Companies Act, 2013, with an emphasis on pleadings and documentation that hold when tested. His transactional work includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on development and leasing arrangements, and supporting documentation for projects involving multiple stakeholders. In cross-border engagements, he works with overseas legal teams on pleadings, procedural applications, legal research and case strategy, with particular attention to the commercial objectives behind each instruction. He combines deal-making with a clear view of potential disputes.

He holds a BBA LL.B. and is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Securities Law, building expertise in capital markets regulation. He has rights of audience before the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC), bringing a cross-border perspective to dispute resolution. With published work on arbitration and corporate governance, he advises on securities matters and multi-jurisdictional disputes with commercial awareness and procedural precision.
Kriti Chaturvedi

Kriti Chaturvedi is an Associate holding a BBA.LLB(Hons) whose practice spans corporate and securities law, regulatory compliance, and data protection. A Certified Data Protection Officer, she brings experience in SEBI regulations, FEMA, insolvency, labour codes, and due diligence. Having assisted in proceedings before the NCLT and drafted across litigation and transactional matters, she is comfortable moving between advisory and dispute work.
